Real-Time Biometric Tracking: Every participant is equipped with a biometric monitor, tracking heart rate, calories burned, effort, and training time. Watch your progress in real-time, climb through our power zones, and see your results sync to our mobile app for continuous tracking.

    • RedZone Metabolic: A 45-minute session mixing intense exercise rotations with quick active recovery. Perfect for those looking to transform their body and melt fat.

    • RedZone Strength: A 45-minute session focused on building strength and lean muscle, combining weights, TRX, core training, and resistance exercises to shift your body into high gear.

Scheduling and Pricing:

  • Sessions must be booked in advance using the MindBody app. Walk-ins are not accepted.

  • RedZone sessions are available from 5 am to 6 pm.
